Dear Friends,
I will be posting now every three days and have smaller postings on information for you!!
My daughter is now 15 months. She is in my estimation a amazing child and I keep finding her doing the Internal Energy Plus postures. She is a typical walking and babbling girl, but I am consistently amazed by her simple ways of laughing and smiling. A friend of mine used to say You do everything in your own time. I am very happy to be a father in my own time.
