Dear Friends,
Last week my Grandfather died. I will miss him and I have been spending my time thinking about what I learned from him. One thing I asked myself is am I still using what I have learned from him or have I let time diminish what he taught me? Since Internal Energy Plus is what I practice, does it follow the same path?
My Grandpa taught me:
1)The simplest way is the easiest way to get the job done.
2)To use my brain, he got his Ham Radio operators license after he retired which included learning physics.
3)To look at something from different angles or perspectives.
4) Take action or doing to complete a task.
Internal Energy Plus teaches me
1) 12 simple postures: simplicity is key
2)To use my brain to apply Internal Energy Plus to every aspect of my life.
3)To look at at my relationships, problems and tasks everyday from all sides
4)To use Internal Energy Plus to take action on a task and complete it.
Thanks Grandpa for getting me started on my purpose.
